Browns Point Marine Service offers the following shipping methods:

Our preferred shipper is the United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • UPS Ground - Shipping depends on location plus 1 business day processing time
  • UPS 3 Day Select - Takes 3 Days plus 1 business day processing time
  • UPS 2nd Day Air - Takes 2 Days plus 1 business day processing time
  • UPS Next Day Air - Takes 1 Day (AM shipping) plus 1 business day processing time
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver - Takes 1 Day (PM shipping) plus 1 business day processing time

We also offer shipping by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

International Orders
We do ship internationally.

International Duties, Taxies, and Fees
International customers are responsible for all custom charges, including taxes, duties, brokerage fees or handling charges. Your local Post Office and/or government should be able to help with these charges.

Signature Required on Packages of $500 or more
A signature is required when the package is delivered (on all packages of greater than $500 in value), to ensure security and to prevent theft.

Alternate Shipping Address Policy
You may ship to an address other than your billing address, only if you have the shipping address listed as a "verified" alternate shipping address with your credit card company. You may experience delays otherwise. On orders over $500 we ship orders only to the billing address of the credit card.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within New Jersey will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Receiving Your Order
When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

Upon receipt of your new merchandise, please inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to Browns Point Marine Service within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.

Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise. Please DO NOT damage the manufacturer's packaging. DO NOT fill out the manufacturer's warranty cards until you are absolutely sure you want to keep your merchandise. We cannot accept merchandise for return with completed warranty cards of damaged or missing collateral material. Do not throw away any of the packaging materials such as boxes, instructions, inserts, bags, etc until you are completely sure you want to keep the equipment.
